Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Centralt boende med ca 3 km från Örnsköldsviks centrum Hyr du denna lägenhet så får du tillgång till det mesta för att bara bo. Vi är 2 vuxna och 3 barn som bor här i huset. Lägenheten har så klart en egen ingång på nedre delen av huset. Parkering för 1 bil Wifi Tv/apple tv Kök med alla tillbehör Kyl/frys Ugn Induktionshäll Torktumlare/tvättmaskin Säkert något jag glömt men fråga bara. Mvh, Simon Vi har bytt ut en hel del nya möbler i alla rum frånsett från bilderna.

Cozy cottage in the countryside that was completely renovated in 2014. It is located 12 mins drive north of Övik and 12 mins south of Husum. Close to nature and water, there is also a golf course with reasturang (Puttom) max 5 minutes drive from the cabin. Patio with furniture and grill. I myself live in a house on the same property so the cottage is not entirely separate. Easy to park outside the entrance.
