Beautiful and lake house from the 1800s, about 100 km from Stockholm. Proximity to lakes, bike paths and hiking trails in the woods and countryside. Cozy up by the fire or in the sauna. In the fall of 2024, simpler spa rituals are offered, guided or independently executed. The house sits on an old farm, in the middle of the Sörmland idyll. On the backside of the house there is part of plot that is disposed of by the guests and a furnished terrace facing south with lake view as well as barbecue area. Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher.
