Bathrobe distance to the public swimming jetty and nice beach promenade. Restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Close to golf course, bathhouse, etc. Close to bus and train station. Small surrounding farm garden shared with the host family. Several different seating areas can be found in the garden. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Cozy little house, 10 meters from the lake, 10 minutes outside Nora. Balcony, sauna, private swimming area, jetty and rowboat. Sunsets are best enjoyed in the hammock on the jetty (summer time). The main building is newly built in 2021 with a new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-fired fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors facing the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the exterior and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area close to forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3 km away.

Log cabin with lake view

The log cabin is located in the countryside in the village of Löa. The cabin has no electricity or running water, so you cook in the wood stove, fetch water in the pump and use the outhouse, just like it was in the past. If it is too cold to swim in the lake, there is a shower to borrow in another building. Refrigerator to store food in is available. On the farm, you can help feed calves, sheep and chickens and pick eggs for breakfast. Moose and beaver safari with the cottage owner as a guide can be booked. Boat, kayak and raft available to rent.

Our private swimming area with jetty, rowboat and canoe is at your disposal during the summer months. The house is fully equipped and if anything is missing, we'll fix it. We have bikes for rent if you want to pedal to Nora Anna's café or exercise around the lake. Uskavi is a few hundred meters away with a café, lunch restaurant and mini golf, etc.
