After 9 months of work, this former barn has become a spacious and very bright cottage. You will appreciate its large equipped kitchen and its central island overlooking the terrace and garden (not enclosed) , its 2 large bedrooms and its 35 m² mezzanine with seating area (double sofa bed), its children's play area and its breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The living room is air-conditioned and heated by a pellet stove. The cottage offers an EV charger outlet.
