Holiday rentals with beach access in Varigotti

Very kind, helpful and friendly hosts. They welcomed us into a beautiful, clean, and spacious house with the sea a stone's throw away. Just cross the street and you're on the beach. The proximity of the tracks did not bother you at all, not even at night, in fact we had a very good rest. With a nice promenade you can reach the port/center and eat in one of the various places that the city offers or in one of the ones recommended by Lucia and Giuliano. We'll definitely be back next time. It's been a pleasure.

Great place with 2 terraces overlooking the sea. Located right on the local bike path and only about 40 meters from the sea. Great location! The place is super equipped and has everything you need. Nadia is always available and communicates proactively, so you don't have any stress. The way it should be on vacation.

Since I lived nearby for 15 years, I felt of course at home. The apartment met my expectations.

Even more beautiful apartment than the photos and description, the only thing is the noise due to the collection of the trash can in front of the street but bearable. Very important parking spot. Everything is very clean and tidy. Accurate and available owners. We'll definitely be back soon because it's really a gem near the sea and downtown.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

The holiday flat is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic view of the sea. The terrace is huge and we were often able to have dinner outside. The flat is very well equipped, even for coffee drinkers: there is both a capsule machine and a Cafetera Italiana (like Bialetti). :-) There are electronic blinds throughout the flat so that the windows can be darkened, which was great. It was very quiet in the surrounding area and neighbourhood. The garden with the meadow was also a great place for us and the children to play. Communication with Sergio was always uncomplicated and very friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and it was very helpful to know the best way to do a day trip to Genova. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We had a fantastic time in Giulia's beautiful holiday accommodation. The rooms are carefully furnished, clean and equipped with every comfort. We felt right at home. In the garden you will experience an oasis of peace, while the beach, shops and restaurants are around the corner. top location! Staying in Rita's house is like being at home. Very clean rooms and very well equipped for everything. The house is very cool even without turning on the air conditioner (the thermal coat at the house does its job in a great way). The location is really great as you are not even a 1 minute walk from the sea. In the area there are restaurants for all kinds, and in the surroundings there are also supermarkets and convenience stores if needed. I recommend Rita's place to everyone if you want to spend a few days in complete relaxation just a stone's throw from the sea. We are quite a habit of the area, and surely Rita's place will be our first choice as to how much we will go back to these parts.

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! A few steps from the sea and the center of Cogoleto (which can be reached with a pleasant walk), Raffaella's apartment is a small jewel. We really felt right at home, with all the necessary amenities. There's really nothing missing! The sofa bed is also spacious and comfortable. All necessary information is provided. Very quiet and green area, nice and kind neighbors. Raffaella and Aldo were available during our stay and friendly, we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

We've had a great time, went Swimming, mountainbiking (Varazze is having amazing trails), enjoying the Sun and fresh air our wonderful holiday home. The view is fantastic, at springtime it was very quiet, the beds are supercomfy. You should be able to Do many Stairs
