Waterfront holiday rentals in Varigotti

We had a great stay here. The house is right on the beach and you can see beautiful sunrises in the morning. The apartment is very large and has enough space to eat, cook and sleep. There is also an extra room for the bicycles.

To repeat. Amanda is a great host and the place is really good. Next time we will go to Alassio I won t look for anywhere else as Amanda and her place made us felt at home and on holiday, clean, safe and comfortable and also well looked after. Thank you Amanda. We had an amazing experience.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

We cannot thank Andreina enough for opening her home to us. Her trusted friend, Lucia, met us at the door and showed us around the apartment. We felt at home right away. The location and views are perfect, and the apartment is spotlessly clean - from kitchen and bedroom (very comfortable) to both bathrooms. Andreina is a most welcoming and thoughtful host. She left us a welcome basket of food, and water and wine in the fridge. She is also very responsive and friendly. We were most sorry to leave Varazze and the apartment. Tante grazie Andreina! I hope we can meet the next time we visit!

The apartment is really nice! Cozy and really clean. Beautifully decorated, thoughtful in all the details and also practical. We have prepared a lot of food and all the necessary utensils can be found in the well-equipped kitchen. The location is just great, close to the beach, beach promenade, shopping street and other services within a short walking distance. Loano is such a pretty little town, wonderful to spend holidays in. The beach is perfect! Sara is a great host, friendly and proactive. He's been keeping us up to date all the time. Gave good instructions and responded immediately when needed. Thank you Sara! Thank you Italy and Loano, you were wonderful to us!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Mapi to the fullest. The apartment is perfect - beautiful, huge, well equipped with everything your heart desires. There's nothing missing. The location could not be better, it is right on the sea and yet in the middle of old town. The new windows also make it well insulated and quiet. Iacopo is a wonderful host, he was always available for questions and did everything to make our stay memorable. We'll be back for sure! Thanks Iacopo!

I am a construction entrepreneur and offer services to construction entrepreneurs, if there is one thing I have learned over the years it is that if you want to understand a property, go see the bathrooms and they will tell you the history of the building. Well, this time I heard a fantastic fairytale!!! The rest of the building you have to go see, like pilgrimage in holy land!!! If I go back to Spotorno, I already know where to stay !!!

Manuela's accommodation is small but perfectly organised, nothing is missing and it is very comfortable even for 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the bathroom, and you sleep very well despite being in the centre thanks to the double glazing that perfectly insulates you from outside noise. The location is super central and Manuela is welcoming, polite and helpful, a perfect hostess.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

We are very happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, especially the outdoor space, a sheltered garden shaded by lemon trees, where you can have lunch, dinner and relax. The house is very clean, the kitchen is functional with a very useful washing machine and dishwasher, the bathroom is spacious with a very large shower and the beds are comfortable. In addition, Giulia provided us with a side rail for the bed where our 4-year-old son would sleep and before arrival she asked us if we needed other comforts for him such as a cot or high chair. The area is great because it is in a pedestrian area, close to shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beaches. The parking space provided with the accommodation is also very useful and easily accessible.

Great location! In the middle of the old town and just a few steps from the sea. Except for the unemptied bathroom rubbish, everything was very clean. Since the apartment is directly on the promenade, it is noisy (even at night!). The steep stairs are not to be underestimated either - an Italian coffee with a view of the sea immediately compensates for the climb. There is plenty of free parking in the low season - please note: do not park on the promenade, as there is also a market there on Fridays. Overall, we had a great holiday and highly recommend Loano!

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! Games x free time! We really felt at home, my little girl said so too! Thank you also for your availability, always ready to respond! Surely if we come back to the area we will stay with you! Great hosts! They helped us quickly fix a mishap with the washing machine. The apartment is furnished in a rustic style, great sea view and 2 min to the beach.

Great apartment for a mountain biking visit to Finale. A short 15 minute walk towards Finalborgo to pick up our bike rental then a short ride to guide/shuttle. The apartment was more spacious than expected, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Sonia was super friendly and helpful. Four minute walk to the train station. Two minute walk to the Pam supermarket. On a pedestrian street so you have to park a few minutes away in a paid lot to unload if you arrive by car. Then free parking 5-10 minute walk away. We were a family of 3 but you could easily fit a group of friends or larger family here. Lots of wide stairs helped work off all the good food. I hope one day we can return to Finale and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Grazie Mille Sonia and Guido!
