The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Located in the center of the Cotentin peninsula, our cottage is located 30 minutes from the three coasts that border the department. Close to the landing sites, in the heart of the Parc des Marais, you will have full latitude to discover the wonders of our region (coast of harbors, La Hague, the Val de Saire...) without forgetting our pretty little village. Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

Located in the countryside in a small quiet hamlet. This accommodation is independent and adjoining our accommodation. It can accommodate 2 people (4 if children use the sofa bed). There is a fenced garden, grassy and flowery. A wooden terrace with table,chairs, shade sail and sunbeds. We only accept 1 dog and small size and no category dog ( staff,rott etc...) We will be happy to welcome you and will do our best for the duration of your stay.
