On the 1st, a large bright living room with a pellet stove. On the 2nd, 2 spacious adjoining bedrooms with a powder room in one. Opposite a tourist garden, with very clear views of the valley. Parking space is available at the bottom of the house. A small non-attached garden (10 m away) will be available in summer, July and August

Located in the top of our cellar, where we vinify natural wines, in a group of buildings from the 12th to the 18th century, it is located in the heart of a particularly calm and peaceful hamlet. A terrace with a viewpoint, an unfenced lot, a space of freedom without neighbors, in the heart of nature. 15 minutes' walk from the center of the village, via a hiking trail. Very quiet place, ideal for unwinding.

Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

In the heart of Quercy, I rent a 150 m2 furnished house (with a large park), completely renovated in 2018. The house is in a quiet village, it is ideal for one or two couples with children. The house is located 100 m from a petanque court and a children's playground. You also have a recreational center at Lake Parisot and plenty of other nature activities on the Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val side (caving, canoeing, kayaking, etc.)

Welcome to the Laguépie pavilion, born from our interest in architecture and the desire to offer our family a vacation home in our native region. Neither a real house nor a cabin, this 70m2 vacation spot is more of a retreat for those seeking to recharge batteries in a green setting (4500m2 of wooded land and stone terraces), all while being within easy walking distance of all necessities.
