Monthly Rentals in Varca

This is our 2nd time at Martins. We both loved the space Ally has created. Clean, spacious, homely, colour coordinated, all equipments work well.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Staff was courteous and responsive. The location was convenient, close to major attractions. A Solid experience. Would consider staying again.

Kitchen was stocked with good basic things, Bathrooms also were stocked with hair wash, body wash, conditioner and lotion - which was a pleasant surprise. The house was tastefully decorated and the society was good for short walks with lot of flowering plants. Definitely recommended. We only wished there could have been a slightly taller or multi-layered cloth drying stand - as we were a family of 6+1child and we didn't get enough space to dry our clothes during out 2.5D stay there. Please check that and see if you can make alternate arrangements.

Our stay in Madgaon was fantastic! Check-in was smooth and flexible, allowing us to settle in early after our morning train arrival. The place was exactly as describe, spacious, well designed, and incredibly comfortable. The living room had a cozy vibe with a balcony offering a lovely view, while the minimalist interiors made it feel like home.The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a washing machine and an extra balcony. A storeroom with extra beds and kitchen supplies added to the convenience. The bedroom featured a cozy,bed,AC,wardrobe,and another balcony. Bathrooms were clean, well-maintained, and had hot water available at all times. An outdoor terrace with a drying stand was a thoughtful addition. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a peaceful beach with two great shacks and minimal crowds. Our host, Atul, was exceptional,attentive, interactive. His hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Would definitely come back and also recommend.
