In the Aveyron gorges, in the heart of the southwest countryside, nestles an old renovated barn. You are independent, in a fully equipped house overlooking the castle, the medieval village of Penne and the Aveyron River. In terms of activities, there is something for everyone: cultural visits (Toulouse, Albi classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO), sports activities (canoeing, hiking and mountain biking, climbing, swimming, etc.), participation in local festivities, and simply relaxation!

The Au fil de l'eau gîte in Bruniquel, cozy & intimate

Maison de charme classée, au bord de l'eau proche du village médiéval de Bruniquel. Vous apprécierez son grand jardin sans vis-à-vis, l'ombre de ses chênes, et la faune locale (oiseaux, écureuils...). Le calme de la nature vous ressourcera. Son parc, sa plage privée avec accès direct à la rivière proposent de nombreuses activités : baignade (niveau d'eau progressif), pêche, promenade en canoë (à votre disposition). Les chemins de randonnée à proximité immédiate vous offriront de jolies balades.

After renovation of the Chateau de Candeze dating from 1480,located in one of the most beautiful villages in France,we have rehabilitated the lower part of the castle,to make it a 100 m2 apartment with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Quiet,rest,freshness awaits you in,inside or old paving, stone vault,old doors,antique furniture create the decor. Spacious apartment with a large family room. You will have access to a big adjoining park.

La Petite Maison de Rouyré is a charming, independent house of 90 m2, located in the middle of the hilly landscapes of the Gaillac vineyard. Located in the top of our cellar, where we vinify natural wines, in a group of buildings from the 12th to the 18th century, it is located in the heart of a particularly calm and peaceful hamlet. It is a comfortable house, fully restored, furnished with furniture found over time. We offer wine and food expériences (see other informations).

Private air-conditioned cottage of 50 m2 in the countryside on a plot of 2 hectares, only two cottages are rented on this land. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Place of rest, daydreaming or on the contrary conducive to a more sporty life with the proximity of the GR, fishing, canoeing, climbing, horseback riding…. Not far from Cordes-sur-Ciel, voted the most beautiful village in France. 45 minutes from Toulouse, 35 minutes from Albi.

St Beauzile is a pretty village in white stones that overlooks the vineyards of Gaillacois - (free provision of sheets and towels)

Located on a 2 ha property, not overlooked, the house overlooks a shaded clearing, and which gives access to the river and swimming. The terrace faces south. The outdoor Hot Tub is private. Household linen and bathrobes for the SPA are provided The accommodation is located close to the house owners. Not overlooked, it enjoys total independence and is ideal for recharging and relaxing.

La Chouette, Cozy Retreat with Breathtaking Views

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.

The perfect isolated escape ! This cosy cottage is hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou. As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes).
