If you don’t mind steep hills, a 15 min walk from the ferry, cove centre, shopping, and restaurants. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (1 w/soaker tub). Huge deck for indoor/outdoor living. NO PETS please. 100% of the cleaning fee goes to our cleaners.

We're walking distance to vibrant Commercial Drive and all the local restaurants and shops. Our location is a 5 minute walk to two Skytrain lines and the 99 B-line, which means VGH, UBC, Kits and Downtown are easily accessible. We are also a 3 minute walk to Trout Lake.
