Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.
