Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. This cozy cottage with modern amenities can accommodate 4 people with 1 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation.

Relax at our convenient getaway- a simple loft, recently renovated, perfect for a small family, couple, or small group of friends! Only a short drive or uber trip to downtown, WVU, and the stadium. Our space is new and we are still working out some details, for example, the refrigerator does not seem to be working. The loft is its own space, completely private and separate from the first floor.

Creekside Condo

Located close to both hospitals, stadiums, and popular dining options. Quiet, ground level, Creekside condo. We encourage in stay communication to ensure the best stay possible. The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.

Relax with the whole family at Wilson house. We are conveniently located within one mile of the downtown area and the WVU campus. The football stadium, coliseum, aquatic center, baseball field, and soccer stadium are only a short drive away. You will love the family friendly neighborhood and how close you are too many activities and restaurants.
