Brenda and Mike are lovely hosts. It’s a really cute basement flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although it’s located in a residential neighborhood, it’s easy to get around and there is plenty to do in the Des Moines area. There’s a nice park less than a block away. No complaints at all and looking forward to staying there again!

This place was perfect! I’m a Dallas Center native who’s moved out of state, and this was an incredible spot to stay while visiting family. Very clean, lots of the little things you may need, and a great backyard! It’s an old house with many of the expected quirks, like creaky floors, but it’s obviously been well-cared for and updated! We had no issues and would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Summer is a great host! Very responsive and attentive. She's great to work with and makes sure everything is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I've stayed here several times for my work trips and love it. Perfect location!

We were in town to celebrate my mom’s 90th along with her other children, grandkids and great grandkids… Trisha kindly ok’d the reunion/dinner to be held at she and Austin’s Perfect home! It was great for the toddler’s as she had a highchair, packnplay, even nice toys. We even had an Easter egg hunt in the fenced in back yard. Plenty of fluffy towels, very comfy beds & convenient location. Quick communication too! Highly recommend for families!
