We're a group of US students booking last minute, and we took the risk because this posting had no prior reviews. However, the staff response was extremely fast — they were so friendly too. This apartment has a stunning view of the bay. It is clean and feels very homey. Extremely affordable and worth the price. Nothing to complain about. Strongly recommended. 10/10.

Bach is a friendly and helpful host, he allowed us to check in earlier than normal, allowed more people to stay than described, responded quickly to our inquiry, and even helped us find a lost bag. The 3-bed-room apartment is located quite near the center of Bai Chay, which is surrounded by local shops, the convenience stores, easy to catch a taxi or grab. During our stay, the building block B was clean, secure, and quiet. As a neat, clean person or due to early check-in when the previous guest has not checked out. So I find the apartment's cleanliness not really good but still acceptable.

It was a great experience.

The room is beautiful, very clean, it must be said here is too good for a group of 6 people. The hostess also supported us to check-in early without taking any extra charge. I will come back if I go to Ha Long next time.

Only stay for one night but regret not booking the whole trip here. The room is clean, tidy, fully equipped – there is a washing machine even though it is only a short stay but I feel very thoughtful. The view covers the beautiful Ha Long ship port, opening the door in the morning to see the sea and the train running back and forth, feeling very pleasant. The host is very friendly, responsive, check in – check out is also extremely easy. If I have a chance to come back to Ha Long, I will definitely come back hehe

My family was staying at Dung’s apartment for 3 night and it was an amazing experience as the apartment was so clean, beautiful view and very convenient area. Dung was super helpful as she was recommended to us a lot of places to eat or visit in Ha Long. We were really like the places and so happy that we stayed in Dung’s place. Very much recommend the place if you want to stay and experience the locals of Ha Long.

Friendly host, helpful, clean place, amenities, near places to visit

The room is very nice with hotel standard mattress and furniture. You can park outside the street for free. You can use swimming pool, kid club & gym for 600k VND for 3 people/1 day.

I had a wonderful stay at Na’s place! Na was an warm and attentive host, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience truly welcoming. The location is fantastic, and the room was beautifully designed and comfortable. The only minor downside was the lack of some small amenities, but it didn’t detract from the overall stay. I’d still give it a well-deserved 5 stars!

We stayed one night at Minh's place. It was so, clean, peaceful and a great location with a sea view from each room. We reached at around 10 pm by then the restaurants in the neighborhood were closed so we cooked our food and enjoyed a homely dinner at the apartment. It was such a relief to have all the cooking arrangements 😊 Overall, Minh has been a very caring and responsive host, she prepared warm water for us before we arrived. She also helped us with luggage storage at another apartment while we went for the bay tour. Thank you so much Minh for your care and support. 🙏

very nice house

Nice place and very helpful host ! They was helping me with the ride both way from Hanoi to ha long with increadible smooth travel. I was walking around a bit and found many nice coffee shop near by. The room was clean and organize with exactly like in images. I have my good stay here!

Great stay comfy beds & pillows lovely shower! Great roof top bar and cool pool. A bit of walk to the centre but over all a great stay

Huyen’s place is absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It offers a gorgeous view of Ha long bay day and night. The area was very quiet as it was low season but many coffee places and restaurants were still open. And everything was 5-10 minutes from with a Grab ride. I definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here. There was lots of places to eat close by and things to do. The host was wonderful at communicating with us and answering any questions. Would recommend!
