We had a fabulous time! We felt right at home. The house was pristine with new appliances, comfortable beds, and a modern aesthetic. Definitely the best house in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and took advantage of the beaches nearby. Thank you Eddie and Vanessa for sharing this place!

We loved everything about our month long stay with our pup! Nichole thank you so much for being a lovely host and having a beautiful home! We appreciate you and your home! It was the perfect home away from homes for the last month! The home is perfect, just like the pictures on a very quiet street with a huge fenced in backyard. The home it’s self is decorated to adorableness! We loved the bathroom with the clawfoot tub! The home is within walking distance of so many amenities (including Starbucks and Petco) and a 15-20 minute drive to some of the most outrageous beaches and activities! Siesta Key, Venice, Caspersen and Oscar Scheer to name a few! We really loved our stay here! Thank you again!

The house was tucked into a quiet residential community. The home was clean, fresh and spacious. The guest house area with its own bathroom is perfect for a two family stay! The neighborhood was safe to walk in- I walked daily. The neighborhood was really within 15 minutes drive of anything we wanted to do. We spent most of our time at Siesta Key! Leave EARLY for the beach, if that's your day's plan! We would definitely stay again!

House is immaculate! Super clean and comfortable. Beds and linens were luxurious! Ceiling fans in entry room including the screened in porch. Nice touch! Backyard waterfront is amazing. We used pool and hot tub multiple times per day. We fished off the dock and caught a few catfish. Sergiy was a perfect host. Excellent communication and direction when needed. Highly recommend!
