Public, free parking about 800 m away or paid parking (CHF 20 per week) just steps away from the house. Ground floor: In the living room, renovated and newly furnished in 2014, with a beautiful veranda with access to the spacious garden seating area with ping pong table and fire ring (barbecue area). This brings an atmospheric campfire ambience with a blazing flame and is ideally suited for cooking your grilled food. Upper floor: In the bedroom newly furnished in 2015 (1 x double room with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south balcony). Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
