Very nice apartment at the foot of the Vals thermal baths.

Enjoy a home completely redone in July 2022. Located 30 meters from the Vals-les-Bains thermal baths, the accommodation gives direct access to the park and its intermittent spring, the municipal swimming pool, the casino, its restaurants and shops. This spacious and bright 65 m2 apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen, open to living room and dining area, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. 3 closets. 3-star accommodation.

Beautiful Studio in the heart of Old Vals

Located in the heart of the historic district, this comfortable and elegant 38m2 studio enjoys a shared garden within the gated property. A kitchen/dining area, living room with sofa, sleeping area (140 bed) . The thermal baths are a 15-minute walk away. It is possible to park for free a few meters away to unload your luggage and park your car for free on the banks of the Volane (very short with stairs but possibility to go through the street). Shops nearby.

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.
