A large, private, south-facing courtyard with plenty of shade. An outdoor stone staircase leads to the house. A living space with a kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms. A bathroom with a double basin, bathtub, shower and toilet, and a sauna and toilet in the courtyard. For shared use: large 12-metre swimming pool, laundry room, play area and parking.

The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.
