Our house is located on an old family farm near the beach (1.5 blocks to the beach). Our location is close to several beachside restaurants and bars. Its main owner for much of the century and in which the name was inspired, was the Vice Admiral of the Chilean Navy, D. Víctor Oelckers. Our new studios have access to the property's garden and are renovated and functional spaces.
