Located in Recreo, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Viña del Mar and minutes from Valparaíso, our house recovers part of the history of the city. The main construction dates back to 1921 and was carried out by the father of urban planning in Chile, Luis Enrique Muñoz Maluschka. Its main owner for much of the century and from which the name was inspired, was Vice Admiral of the Chilean Navy, Victor Oelckers. We restored the property in 2010 and it is our usual home.
