Monthly Rentals in Valmir

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

Very nice apartment with great views of the sea and the mountains. Great beaches can be reached in 10 minutes. Charming village with hospitable inhabitants, where we immediately felt at home. Stefano took excellent care of us. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a FANTASTIC weekend! We were very well received by Luca, in a house that is extremely well kept, in the smallest details both inside and out! Each attention very delicate. Le Cana is an oasis of peace, tranquility and beauty among hills, valleys, villages and the sea, in an area that offers many activities. Thank you very much!!

We spent 12 wonderful days in Conni and Christian's apartment! House, garden and pool: everything as described and in the photos, picobello. Towels, bed linen, kitchen equipment, etc. are sufficiently available. The Pool and Garden are a dream. The mosquitoes are of course annoying but unfortunately unavoidable. However, incense coils and citronella candles helped, so we could also enjoy the evenings outside. Window screens in the bedrooms ensure quiet nights without stings. Location: Approx. 3km from the nearest town of Petritoli, very quiet. You definitely need a car. In Petritoli, you can find everything you need for your daily needs, even outside of the season. Also a nice restaurant and a good pizzeria. The nearest beach to Pedaso is 18 km, about 20 minutes' drive. Tip for navigating: arrive via Valmir and Petritoli, the roads are better and not so curvy, even if the route is 3 minutes longer. We would love to come back! Thank you!
