I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with a kitchen and living room. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and a TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room. Only the toilets at the entrance to the house are shared.

Entièrement rénovée avec goût en 2025 elle offre à ses occupants de passage confort et décoration haut de gamme. Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

In Vallière, a charming village nestled between meadows and forests, our house opens its doors for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature. Surrounded by fields as far as the eye can see, it promises a soothing panorama of the region's typical green landscapes — the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility. The house is surrounded by hiking trails of 1 to 3 hours depending on the routes to be done on foot, by bicycle or on horseback!

Super supermarket and train station 2 minutes walk. Restaurants and large supermarkets and other facilities can be reached within half an hour. This Gîte has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.

The house is 15 minutes from Aubusson, 30 minutes from the lakes of Lavaud-Gelade and Vassivière, and is surrounded by trails for walking, running or dreaming.
