This 25 m2 studio, refurbished in 2020 and located at the bottom of an inhabited plot, includes a private parking space under the courtyard, independent access and a patio. You will enjoy the proximity to shops and transport (15 min walk) and its access close to the ring road.

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.
