Expérience the quality of life in the Loire Valley. Only 10 minutes north of the city of Tours this historic property nestles in the middle of a site of 15 ha. It includes the 17th century manor house, a historic pigeon coop topping the half-timbered northern gate, a coach house from 1824, the 16th century barn and its farm lovingly converted as a gite to welcome up to 10 people (all single beds) The 300m2 building has been converted and updated so as to bring you all the comfort you can wish, from a large chimney with open fire to a wi-fi internet connection. It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. For other it might be the zoological parks or aquarium, bike rides or boating on the Loire river. studio in the countryside

Our 28 m² studio is located in our large garden. It has a 160 x 200 bed. The studio is well located as it is on the Loire à Vélo route, 4 km from Azay-le-Rideau, 5 km from Villandry, 6 km from Langeais and 25 minutes from the centre of Tours. We live on the property and have a 9-year-old daughter. We also have a dog, a very friendly Labrador, but she's a bit of a sticky mess. Sheets and towels are not provided, but an option is available for an additional 15 euros per stay.

The cottage is located in the countryside, on the D7, 3 km from the A85 motorway, 3 km from the Loire bike path, close to the castles of Villandry, Langeais (6 km) and Azay-le-Rideau (7 km).
