We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

We stayed a week in Luca and Anna's place: the spaces are comfortable (although there were 4 of us the sofa bed was strategic). The pool is very nice, well-kept and well guarded by Michele. The location is great for visiting and discovering Viterbese, Luca's tips were very useful to organize us. Luca and Anna have always been very available for any of our requests or needs.

Great communication, very convenient location of the villa that, however, maintains privacy and tranquility. There are all the amenities you need for a multi-day stay. Experience to repeat!!

We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

House well beyond expectations, very quiet area, surrounded by very kind people. The house itself is much better than in the photos,very bright, the kitchen offers all the comforts you may need, the dining area comfortable and spacious, the spacious bedrooms, comfortable and well organized bathrooms. The whole house is well cleaned and with the addition of accessories such as soap, washing machine, cleaning material, which make the welcome at home. Raffaella is beautiful, very kind, ready to help and advise, immediately responsive in her responses and to meet everyone's needs. Let's not forget the beautiful terrace and the large garden equipped with a large pool that I had the pleasure of being able to try. Fastello is a small frazione close to many areas of culture and Montegrotto that offers everything. Also the bus stop is a few steps away. Staying here was a pleasure.

Sara and Salvatore's place is a jewel with every detail. We really appreciated all the little attention given to their guests. The view is incredible and has priceless tranquility. Hosts are available. We hope to be back very soon!

We had a magical time at Andrea's place in Bomarzo. From the moment we arrived, Andrea welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is tastefully renovated, blending harmoniously with its history and surroundings. It's evident that Andrea is an architect, and the place looks even better than the photos suggest. We especially loved the high rock wall in the living room, which forms the base of Duke Orsini's fortress, and the beautiful views of the valley. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The village of Bomarzo and the surrounding area are also beautiful, with much to see and explore. Andrea provided a guide with recommendations, which was very helpful. We really enjoyed visiting the Sacro Bosco and the fascinating Etruscan pyramid nearby. This is a very unique and special place, we highly recommend staying here.

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

We were able to enjoy 5 relaxing nights at this place. The location in the historic old town of Bolsena was wonderful. Countless bars, restaurants and shops are right in the area. If you're looking for a special place to stay, this is the place to be. Check in and check out went smoothly, as did communication with hosts. As a Bolsena lover, the property and of course the area is always worth a trip.

Great apartment in a great location, a must stay. Daniela was superb, very helpful and proactive. The apartment was clean, quite, spacious, and very centric. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay in Pitigliano was incredible! Check-in was super easy, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful—guiding us with parking, luggage, and making sure we felt right at home. They even recommended the BEST restaurant in town! After two weeks in Italy, I can confidently say this charming city had the best service, most welcoming staff, and hands down the most delicious food—those sausages were unforgettable! There was a bit of noise in the master bedroom since the wall connects to the restaurant next door, but thankfully the apartment had a second bedroom where we could place our light-sleeping toddler, and it worked out perfectly. Pitigliano is such a unique gem, and our stay made it even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Cristiano is an available host in every aspect of the stay: from the time of booking until the time of checkout. Your help is also very important in terms of the possibility of "leaning" on a restaurant within walking distance. The house was perfect for our needs: three bedrooms, a bathroom with a nice shower cabin and the living area very functional. Free parking a few meters from home. A strategic point that I will consider for future visits to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at La Bandita! Debora is an amazing host who takes care of every detail. We were welcomed with thoughtful gifts – wine, pasta, homemade jams – a true taste of Tuscany. The house is beautifully equipped: spices, oils, kitchen tools, ice cubes, even toothbrushes and soaps in the bathroom. Extra towels, cozy blankets, and everything we could possibly need were provided. The location is peaceful and picturesque, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan countryside. Breakfasts on the terrace with the panoramic view were unforgettable. Communication with Debora was excellent – she was kind, responsive, and made us feel at home. We truly felt taken care of and appreciated every moment spent there. La Bandita is a magical place, full of warmth and charm. We’d love to return one day – it felt like a home away from home, and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable Tuscan getaway. We'd love to come back!

Annarita and her house were amazing! She was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We needed instructions on how to get to the train station and not only did she tell us where to meet the bus and when, she walked us to the store to purchase the tickets and then to the bus stop so we knew exactly where to go. The house was spotless and exactly as it looks in the pictures. There was a grocery store, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 10 minute walk of her house. We walked back to the house from the old town (Orvieto Duomo) in about 30 minutes. Obviously it would take longer if you were to walk up to the old town due to the hills. Also, there were tons of free parking spaces right outside the house. If we are ever back in this area, we would love to stay at Annarita's again!

We loved our stay here! The house is charming and so unique. We especially loved the beautiful views from our patio and the restaurants nearby. Caleb was a great host and was very responsive. The cats in the area were definitely a huge bonus. We can’t wait to be back!

Being at Patricia and Angelo's house was like being at mum's house. With the freedom to come and go but with a lot of affection, we felt at home. The house is much better than in the photos, the place has easy access, is extremely clean and has all the necessary amenities, a real gem. I recommend it to everyone and we will definitely return

Valentina’s apartment was exactly what we needed! It was in perfect condition, close enough to the Rome airport to easily make a mid day flight and far enough to enjoy a day of peace and quiet in a classic and very friendly Italian town. The overnight stay in Mrs. Roberta's house was exhaustive and satisfying. Far exceeding expectations. From the very first moment, we felt a welcoming atmosphere, with attention to the smallest details and designed to offer guests a comfortable stay. The property was in perfect condition: the cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were tidy and well organised. Every detail had been taken care of, and showed attention to the needs of the customers. The house is also equipped with numerous amenities and useful gadgets, which made our evening even more pleasant and carefree. We were welcomed by Mrs. Roberta, who guided us on a short but exhaustive tour of the house, clearly illustrating the operation of each appliance and answering all our questions with courtesy. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a peaceful, comfortable and above-average experience. For us, it was a complete experience.

Great house, comfortable and very atmospheric, with a lot of character. Excellent location just outside of the walls of the town, perfect base to explore Umbria. The house is spacious, very well equipped with everything you can possibly need during your stay. Eleonora is very welcoming, helpful and responsive host. We enjoyed our 1-week stay in Villa Dorata so much and would highly recommend it for your future vacation in Todi/Umbria!
