The apartment is in a house from the 1800s that has been renovated over the years. It is a typical accommodation, equipped with a wood-burning stove, the floors as well as the ceilings are made of wood. There is a staircase to access the bathroom. Separate entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry is shared with the other two apartments. Public transport stops are a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, you are required to notify us of your four-legged friend when booking.

Wild Valley Secluded Apartment 1, Valle Onsernone

This cosy apartment on the bottom floor of a vacation house containing 3 apartments is a great place to get away from it all. The views from the patio of this green valley full of palm trees are breathtaking! Plus it's only 25 minutes to Locarno! The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds.

Rustic surrounded by greenery, close to the river and its beaches, rock for climbing 30m, klettern, 200m Bus to Locarno and Ascona (5km) 10 min WALK from the road on a path. Minimum one adult 27 years old. There are 3 houses (total 15/17 beds.) In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. (Short stays only possible as last-minute).

Casa Isolina is situated in a secluded location on the edge of Boschetto, a listed hamlet of Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The original character of the two-hundred-year-old house in the rustic style has been largely preserved through gentle renovations from 2023 to 2025. The spacious garden offers cosy spots to relax and a wonderful view over the valley. There are numerous places for hiking, fantastic swimming spots on the Maggia and impressive waterfalls all very close by.

Detached two-room flat with kitchen and bathroom in a unique Ticino rustic complex, surrounded by a large, fenced, flower-filled and well-kept garden. To make your holiday even more magical, there is a pergola with a large grill. Ideal for a single person or a couple, the flat is located in the heart of Avegno and a five-minute walk from the bus stop leading directly to Locarno (9 km). The swimming pool is open only in the summer time. Otherwise it is covered with a tarp.

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

The lower floor houses 3 bedrooms, while the upper floor features a practical kitchen with a small balcony facing the mountainside and a spacious living room with a fireplace and panoramic views of Aurigeno village and the Maggia Valley. Situated in the village center and on the forest edge, it's an ideal base for various activities, with hiking trails starting nearby and Maggia River beaches and a scenic waterfall within walking distance.

Heating if needed with gas, electric oven or wood. Wi-Fi available, no TV.
