The house in Marino was beautifully located, with nice furniture and all you need for your stay. To arrive in Rome was very easy ( by car to Metro Station Anagnina , there parking spot and going in the centre by Metro ). I really liked the style of the house. One small little point to consider in wintertime : be prepared, it can be cold... but altogether very recommendable, very beautiful, easy access and perfect communication with the host !

we have travelled a lot around the world and stayed in some lovely places, but have never been to such a fantastic place such as margaerita's enchanted villa. the word to describe the place would be immaculate, and the hostess is the kindest, friendliest person we have ever stayed with. if you are looking to fullfil your italian dream of staying in a villa in the countryside, know that such a place exists, only 20 k's out of rome in rocco di papa.

This place is very special; you can relax in the lovely grounds and imagine yourself a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are many varied and interesting things to do in the area, without even venturing into Rome. But what makes this accommodation so special is the hostess Maria. she is so welcoming and attentive, and obviously enjoys meeting new people. At the same time she is not intrusive, and in fact spends most of her time in Rome. The house has been in her family for generations, and has a fascinating history. Everything possible has been done to make the accommodation comfortable and enjoyable.

Alessandro's home is comfortable, clean and tidy. Plus, being close to Christmas, there was a Christmas tree that made the atmosphere really enchanting. As a host, Alessandro proved to be very responsive in communication and extremely helpful in explaining self check-in. In addition, he resolved a small setback that occurred within a few minutes, making it practically non-existent. Highly recommended and we'd love to come back
