House holiday rentals in Valle de Cofrentes

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Wij hebben onlangs zes heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in een prachtige villa in Cullera, op slechts een half uurtje rijden van Valencia. De villa ligt in een rustige, nette wijk en is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Wat direct opvalt, is dat de woning spiksplinternieuw oogt. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, de kamers zijn schoon en ruim, en het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een gezin, zowel binnen als buiten. Vooral het ruime terras nodigt uit om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Spaanse zonnetje. Een van de grote pluspunten was het prachtige privézwembad, waar onze kinderen werkelijk niet uit weg te slaan waren. Ook praktisch: je kunt de auto gewoon op de oprit parkeren, wat fijn is in deze buurt. Cullera zelf heeft ook genoeg te bieden. Het strand is heerlijk breed en schoon, en een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en vlakbij Valencia!

Fuimos a pasar un par de dias en Nochevieja unos amigos. Pisito muy acogedor, con una ambientación y decoración totalmente diferente a lo habitual, te sentías como si estuvieses en un lugar exótico. La terraza muy chula, una pena que nos pillara con lluvia en plena Nochevieja, no pudimos disfrutarla apenas. Luis muy atento en todo momento y con iniciativa. Si nos coge por la zona repetiremos sin dudarlo!!

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund für 14 Tage bei Jeremy und Nicholas. Es war in jeglicher Hinsicht wunderschön! Am Abend der Anreise wurden wir mit einer traumhaft leckeren Paella begrüßt. Wenn man mal keine Lust zu kochen hat, kann man sich von den beiden Gastgebern bekochen lassen, große Empfehlung geht raus für den „Banoffee Pie“ ein Nachtisch der seines gleichen sucht! Es gibt regelmäßig frische Bettwäsche und der Pool wird alle 2-3 Tage gereinigt, bei Bedarf gibt es auch einen kostenlosen Wäscheservice! Und trotz all dem Service bekommt man kaum etwas von den Gastgebern mit wenn man nicht den Kontakt sucht. Die beiden sind super nette Menschen und waren immer sofort hilfsbereit wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Selbst eine Lösung für das outdoor Kino haben sie in kürzester Zeit gefunden da das vorherige Gerät kaputt war. Auch mit Hund ist es perfekt da unser Bereich komplett eingezäunt war und auch der Bereich der Gastgeber von unserem abgetrennt ist. Große Empfehlung, danke!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eine absolute Wohlfühl-Oase. Mike ist sehr zuvorkommend und ein wirklich guter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Beim Empfang haben zwei köstliche Weine auf uns gewartet, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Thank you Soni, we had a beautiful time at your place. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for peace and beautiful surroundings. I would say a car is essential if staying here. Beach was incredible. Apartment had everything you need and more. Soni is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place. Super comfy beds too.

El alojamiento está en perfectas condiciones y coincide con la descripción. Maribel nos atendió a la llegada, nos enseñó la casa y nos dio información sobre diferentes espacios del pueblo que nos podían venir bien. Maribel es una señora muy simpática y comprometida, no ponen ningún problema si la hora de llegada es variable a la que marca.

Vam fer una nit ja que estàvem de viatge i va ser millor del que esperàvem. L'amfitrió molt atent en tot moment, tot molt net i bona ubicació. El que si que vam trobar a faltar va ser draps de cuina i bayetas. Tot i així repetirem.

Superbe logement très propre et bien décoré, un lit vraiment confortable. Très bien pour profiter de la belle plage, moins bien si on veut visiter la ville car il faut compter 40mn en bus et après 22h30 il reste que le taxi. Dans l'ensemble c'était parfait pour le calme et l'accès direct à la plage. Rosana est très serviable et sympathique. Valencia est splendide !!

Kein Winkel in diesem Haus, der nicht unkonventionell, überraschend, superkreativ gestaltet ist. Der Ausblick von den beiden Terrasssen ist die Wucht - egal ob mit blauem Himmel, dramatischen Wolken oder Regenbogen. Für Wandertouren und Spaziergänge der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Man kann direkt vom Haus für eine kurze Runde oder eine große Tour loslaufen. Und zum Abschluss auf dem Dorfplatz in einer der Bars einkehren. Es gibt paar kleine Lädchen im Ort und damit Gelegenheit, täglich frisches Brot zu kaufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Me encantó llegar y tener el pingüino encendido y notar la estancia fresquita. Y las comodidades y todo las indicaciones y organizado perfectamente para los huéspedes.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este alojamiento cerca de la Albufera. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. La casa estaba perfectamente equipada, no faltaba nada: cocina completa, camas cómodas y todo muy limpio. Además, María fue una anfitriona excelente, muy atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Chaque espace est pensé pour le confort et l’harmonie, ce qui en fait l’endroit idéal pour une halte reposante. Nous avons grandement apprécié l’élégance et la propreté des lieux, ainsi que les petites touches personnelles qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Eva es genial. Contratamos el chalet para celebrar el primer cumpleaños de nuestro bebé con la familia. Eva nos dejó visitar el chalet tiempo antes para pensar en los preparativos, también nos facilitó ir llevando cosas el jueves de antes del evento para organizarnos mejor. Ha estado muy atenta con todo y personalmente es una chica muy simpática y extrovertida. El chalet es de 10, tanto en la decoración como en los detalles que tiene, la piscina, las habitaciones, la terraza, incluso, la barra!!! Supera con creces todo lo que uno puede pedir. Muchas gracias por todo, ha sido un fin de semana maravilloso. Recomendadisima!!!

La verdad es que la casa nos enamoró. Muy bonita, con toque rústico que la hacía muy acogible, un terreno grande donde poder estar al aire libre. Las vistas a la montaña hacía que fuera muy fácil desconectar y disfrutar del lugar

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Heerlijke woning in rustige buurt. Lekker zwembad dat ook in April prima te gebruiken is. Luxe ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Echt een mooie woning. Kan ook altijd waarderen als alle kruiden voor koken er zijn ;-) Ashley reageert snel en vriendelijk. Wij waren met 3 kinderen en 2 volwassenen.

Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft im schönsten Örtchen im Umkreis! Einfacher Zugang per Code und bezaubernde Umgebung :) Die Kirchenglocken waren anfangs störend und laut, trugen aber schnell zum Urlaubsgefühl bei. Sehr zu empfehlen!
