It has a living room with TV, a kitchen-dining room, 3 bedrooms (2 of them share a bathroom and 1 more has a separate bathroom). Partial lake view from the terrace. There is no parking, but 2 public parking lots are 50 meters away. 10% discount on food purchases in the restaurant on the ground floor.

It's an amazing country house in an avocado orchard. Located in San Juan Atezcapan, a short distance from Valle de Bravo. It is ideal for retreats and getaways from the city, for days of rest and disconnection. It is set up in two blocks. In one part are the common areas, a living room, dining room, kitchen with a bathroom, and an outside breakfast bar. Immediately to one side are the rest areas. A master bedroom with a king-size bed, closet, terrace, and its own bathroom.

Upstairs is a large living room with a fireplace, a bar with a counter, a dining room for 6 people, integrated into the kitchen through a bar. The house has a small covered terrace, as well as an uncovered terrace with a built-in barbecue, with a magnificent view of the lake and La Peña. It has a small pool and parking for 3 cars.
