El terreno fue dictando la distribución ideal para un menor impacto y una mayor armonía. Se crearon módulos individuales para cada uso. En el edificio principal se ubican la recepción, el restaurante, el centro de actividades, la alberca y las terrazas a la orilla del lago. Las habitaciones se ubican rodeando el edificio principal en las faldas de la cañada. El SPA se encuentra en el área mas privada del bosque, a orillas del río que proviene de los manantiales. Todas las construcciones comparten el lenguaje arquitectónico. Estructuras de acero y madera sobrepuestas en el terreno, techos ligeros con lonas tensadas y materiales naturales que armonizan con el entorno. El bosque ofrece el mejor escenario para actividades de aventura y el espacio ideal para explorar y disfrutar en libertad.
