Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature within the forest and relax by listening to the river and the birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, campfire area, hot tub, barbecue area, outdoor dining room, TV room and internet. It is located just a 3 minute drive from Avandaro Main Street. You'll have to go down several steps to get to the house. Not suitable for people with low mobility. There may be dirt or dust in the outdoor area.

Our house is very cozy, it is fully equipped, you will feel very comfortable and relaxed. The terrace is great, overlooking the lake, a charcoal grill and you can relax in the jacuzzi. It is located within a condominium in the village, with supermarkets very close by. The pool and garden is part of the common areas.
