La casa de Roxana es un encanto. Roxana es una persona muy atenta a sus huespedes que sea con la atencion que le da como la manera que hizo su lugar (decoracion, detalles esteticos,...). La recomendo con mucho apoyo !

Allan ist ein sehr feinfühliger Mensch und sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist im ein Anliegen seine Gäste gut zu bewirten. Wir danken für die Unterstützung als mein Begleiter erkrankte. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Danke für alles, es war mir eine Freude dich kennenlernt zu haben.

Mi familia y yo amamos la casa y Kanlúm, es un lugar para desconectarse del mundo y conectar 100% con la calma de la naturaleza y poder vivir en relajación. La casa es muy amplia y tiene todos los servicios que uno pueda necesitar, muy limpia y bonita, solo deben comprar víveres antes de llegar a la ubicación para poder usar el asador y cocinar dentro de la casa. Luis y su equipo nos ayudaron en todo momento y cualquier duda que tuviéramos siempre la resolvían inmediatamente. Recomiendo altamente probar las experiencias y tours que ofrecen porque te ayuda a disfrutar más del lugar. Nosotros fuimos a Chichén Itzá y quedó a 50 min de la casa, y de Mérida 2 horas en carro La comunicación fue excelente, muchas gracias! Volveremos definitivamente

Allan is one of the most friendly hosts there is... he gives good advice and is attentive to his hosts. His place is not a 5 star Marriott, it is a life experience and adventure, so to me thats better .. Allan is disconnected from the mainstream reality which is refreshing truly... just be careful some guests may be a bit sensitive to the full jungle life lol (we will never forget the cooking of your stew hehe). We are still talking and happily laughing about the stay, you sure did a mark on our lives, a good one, so cheers! There is not an ounce of bad in Allan, however he needs to work a lot to maintain this big place, which is not easy when that remote; so please approach it as a mayan jungle experience angle... the roof and the surroundings are precious and amazing! Also I loved to see Julia, the little one, running, exploring and in love with the dogs and cats. Also Allan said more than once that he travels now by listening to his guests stories, it was nice to talk ! Thanks

Really enjoyed staying here. The other people staying here were very interesting. The coffee was good! I would recommend this place for people who want a more complete experience of the city and surrounding area. We learned a lot from the host.

Authentieke Maya slaapplek met douche, wastafel en bad achter huisje. Omgeving is nog onontdekt. Hele dorp wordt bij exploitatie betrokken. Prachtige Cenote (Nw) Joaquim regelt alles wat je vraagt en brengt je zelfs naar supermarktje en stad zodat je niet verdwaald. Buurman heeft groot zwembad waar ook kids uit dorpje mogen zwemmen. En als je t vraagt kun je daar een heerlijke pizza eten. Iedereen is superlief. Privé rondtoer genoten, gegeten bij Maya nicht thuis, geweldig hier!!

Supermooi hutje! Vooral ook de badkamer. De klamboe was wat minder, die hebben wij daarom niet gebruikt.

We were unable to stay the full duration at Rigo's but this was not due to the host. The host was friendly and understanding of our situation which made things much less stressful due to our personal circumstances. Rigo was generous enough to offer us a complementary day if we ever visit again which we really appreciate. The location is remote but beautiful and if you're looking for a legitimate jungle experience, Rigo can offer it.

This place resembles the pictures, and as others mentioned, a staff member in Chemax guided us to this developing resort. A 10 minute drive on a bumpy road leads into the jungle and the resort. Everything was clean. The cabin's outdoor bathroom had a large bathtub, and after initial coordination, we had a dedicated water heater, providing warm water throughout our stay. Mosquito nets on beds protected against wildlife. The jungle surroundings featured geckos, bugs, and harmless snakes. The Mexican breakfast offered an intimate insight into local food culture, which Anna prepared for us. Humberto ensured our safety, answering our questions and assisting with needs. A communal kitchen in the main house allowed us to prepare meals. The self-sufficient resort faced occasional electricity issues due to solar panels, but staff actively resolved bugs. If you embrace nature and of-grid living, this is the place to be. We really recommend you this experience. Thanks a lot for everybody!

WOW !! À été mon premier mot .Aucun autre mot pouvais sortie de ma bouche .Ca été un moment tout simplement magique pour moi. J'ai pleurer de joie à mon arrivé car tout est incroyablement fantastique. Olivier est très respectueux et généreux . Je me suis sentie comme dans une autre réalité. J'ai vécu plusieurs changement intérieur ,beaucoup mieux qu'une thérapie lolll Olivier et ses chien ont changée ma vie . j'ai besoin d'y retourner car c'est un monde merveilleux .WOW!WOW!WOW!
