Amazing! We were a group of 12 (10 adults and 2 kids) so rented a whole dorm. All was great, confortable beds etc. We had a great time!

Everything was perfect, very comfortable and pleasant, close to the cathedral, the only problem is the address that gave us, Google map sent us another way, we did not have the name of the place, we did not find it in the warning.

The lodging is a very nice colonial hotel, has pool and chairs around for outdoor lounging the room is comfortable,clean, it is 4 blocks from the convent and it is very safe to walk through its streets even if it is night The restaurant at hotel 11 de 10 super recommended Rich breakfasts, a good price and excellent service The delicious tatemada habanero salsita and the homemade papaya jam that make there super recommended and the coffee very good The room requires a bit of maintenance on the furniture for the aesthetics of the room but nothing normal Very pleasant stay .

The hotel is very nice, perfect for disconnecting from the chaos of the city. The food is very rich and generous.

We had a great couple of nights at Maculan and wish we could have stayed longer. The location was superb, bed was super comfortable, and room was as clean as can be. Plus, Carlos at the front desk was super helpful with recommendations and even gave us discounts to local restaurants and cenotes.

We arrived early in Mexico, rented a car and drove to Valladolid. We arrived very early, but our host, Joselyn, was extremely accommodating and let us keep our luggage in the hotel while we went to eat and then let us crash in the hammocks/pool area until our room was ready. The hotel/hostal is beautiful, the staff is beyond friendly, helpful and super accommodating. They gave us the best recommendations! Everyone was so nice and the space was truly unique and worth every cent (and beyond). Do not hesitate - book this spot! We walked to everywhere in town, had great restaurants a few blocks away and just loved being there and staying here. Would love to come back! Joselyn is such an amazing host and just made everything great, we really trusted her suggestions and tips. We had a fridge space to leave our beers/drinks/leftovers and everyone respected each others food. There are hostal and hotel guests but it is very well divided and laid out. We booked a private room with a private bath

Great location, walking distance to the centre and a cenote. unfortunately my partner had some respiratory issues while being an asthmatic. When talking to the host he was very responsive and helpful, providing us with another room. overall satisfied with the stay. would recommend

This property saved us, we were booked into another location round the corner and upon arrival late at night were unable to stay due to the noise and mess of the property. At 11pm we booked this hotel and the staff were extremely accommodating and extremely helpful and really saved us in our time of need. I would recommend staying here if you are in Valladolid, it is a short walk from the bus station and a lot of the central town activities. The hosts even ran after us in the morning to provide us with some homemade breakfast to have on the go. It’s the little things that make stays memorable.

Well-located hotel,close to the city center but not noisy. The room is large and nice with a fan that refreshes well. The pool is a plus
