In a former stable, we have realized a studio with living/sleeping space, kitchen with combi-oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, all necessary kitchen materials and a bathroom with toilet, rain shower and vanity unit. 10 minutes from Valkenburg and Gulpen and 15 minutes from Maastricht, this studio is still quite central but quietly located. A two-room apartment in a brilliant location on the Pieterpad in the hill country between Valkenburg and Maastricht. The rate includes occupancy tax and cleaning fees. You stay in the souterrain of our home. The guesthouse consists of a spacious bedroom with bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. The bikes are safely stowed in the house. On request (and when we are present) we can provide breakfast for 10€ pp.
