The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

We had a great stay and felt right at home! The unit was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It had all the essentials we needed, such as towels, slippers, shampoo, body wash, and complete kitchen utensils, including a rice cooker. We also loved the little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable, like the playing cards, karaoke, and the smart TV with Netflix and other entertainment apps. Ms. Jess was such a responsive and accommodating host. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was ready for us when we arrived.

Danica's Pad is a perfect place for a family staycation. With complete amenities and free use of cutlery. A very cozy place to relax and have bond with your fam! The kitchen, comfort room, living room and bedroom was so tidy, clean and cool. It was so enjoyable and fun to stay in a place that feels like home. I recommended this place and will definitely visit again soon. ☺️

The place was nice tho I expected that the appliances are a little bit bigger. hehe. I just hope na mas maraming nakahandang garbage bag for a longer stay. Nevertheless, it was a good experience. Thanks!

The place was spotlessly clean and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short distance to popular malls, restaurants, and cafes. I loved how spacious the apartment was, with plenty of room to lounge around, eat, & work. The view from the apartment was great, and I absolutely loved the modern industrial interior design. So stylish and comfortable! Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area.

The place itself is quiet & secured (with numbers of CCTV cameras around the vicinity), ordering online or visiting the nearby park isn't hard as well. Accesible to two major highways (NLEX and McArthur), the house itself has all we need & more (the jacuzzi pool, the card/board games, the mini-karaoke set) that we don't need to leave the place unless necessary. Thank you to the caretaker/s & Robeley for being responsive, understanding & welcoming hosts! We intend to visit again in the future & we've been recommending the place already to our friends and family!

Very cozy, clean and comfortable place. Check in and check out process was flawless. Very techy. The free parking space was a huge factor for us, very convenient. Also some condiments were available at the kitchen. Another plus points. The host was very responsive and made sure that our stay was okay. Kudos to Ms. Vern. My family was very impressed by this Airbnb. They felt at home from the unit itself to the amenities. The overall condo was also very great, good view and lots of activities we can do (Swimming in pool, chilling out in the rooftop). The hallways were spacious, feels really relaxing. Everything was just perfect. My siblings are teenagers and they said that it was just great for them and more. They didn't expect to have an amazing accommodation like this. Another good thing is that it is near the LRT, so going to Manila was easier and convenient as we had a lot of activities in Manila (the city). Overall, highly recommended and will be back. We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere of the place was cozy with a touch of fantasy, exactly the atmosphere a hobbit hole should have. All of the little touches made it clear that this place was created with love and attention to detail. It would take too long to list all of the touches that I enjoyed, but here are a few! There’s a faux fireplace, Moria/Rohan/Lorien designs painted on the doors, numerous little Tolkien quotes painted in various corners, painted trees inside the bathroom, LOTR font used for labeling the light switches, a bluetooth speaker made to look like an old-fashioned radio, and even the electric kettle visually looked old-fashioned and cozy. We’re very happy that we got to experience staying here!
