Although the price per stay is cheap, the unit is beautiful and clean. We were able to relax and truly felt at home. I highly recommend this place for your staycation, and I’m also willing to book again.

We had a great vacation. The room was clean and fragrant, fully equipped. No need to bring a dental kit, shampoo, soap. There was free coffee, tea, and condiments. We were also given 4 free pool passes. Ma'am Menchie was responsive and friendly. She also assisted us easily when we had a problem with the unit. She did not fail to remind us of the guidelines via email. The whole family enjoyed it and we are sure to come back next time.

Found this listing last minute, and they were able to adjust to accommodate us. We only stayed for one night, but it was a great having our family visit us there! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive throughout. The spot was exactly as described—clean, and comfortable. Even though it was a short stay, everything we needed was available, from fresh towels to clean linens. The location was convenient, perfect for having our family come over. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay for Our Group of 13! Our stay at LET'S STAY in DELSA MANSION was nothing short of amazing! We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and pillows ensured everyone had a restful sleep, and the spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, from the contactless check-in to the high-speed WiFi and security features. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for groups and families, can’t wait to return!

A great place for staycation. The hotel/condominium itself was very clean and secure. The apartment was very clean when we came and it has everything that we need. The bedroom was great for staying in, or for having a movie marathon. The balcony view was also great. Will visit this place again in the future.

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

Good location, responsive host and nice room for a quick getaway

I was skeptical at first to check in at Grass but Hasita’s unit was the only one I saw with some sense of aesthetics. The room was as beautiful as the pictures and I can tell as soon as I walked in that the host invested on the quality of the appliances since it was all good brands. The place was near SM North Edsa which was very convenient. The place has several stores outside the building which were all at a walking distance. The best thing is that the room had board games which made our stay a lot more fun when we wanted to take a break from too much work. Would definitely be back! Thank you Hasita and Carlo for being such accommodating hosts!

Had a really nice stay. Sobrang comfy ng sofa and ng bed. Masarap matulog in either haha. I love their selection of board games and video games, though we only played a few. Kulang yung overnight lang for what they offer. We really had a nice and relaxing time during our stay. It lived up to it's name, " Cosy Staycation" The hosts were nice and accommodating to every inquiry and concern I had. They also send proper and enough instructions about everything regarding the booking. Nawala lang nung papunta since ang lakas ng ulan and first time makapunta sa Trees Residences, but everything else went really smooth 😅 I'm really happy and satisfied I chose this place. Will probably book a unit with them again another time ☺️

The location is fantastic and ideal for families. Due to the proximity of two grocery stores and the high level of safety, everything is convenient. The three days I spent with the family were worthwhile because the place is sterile, clean, and has highly user-friendly appliances. I will definitely make another reservation when I return to the Philippines, and I heartily suggest this accommodation. Our stay was incredible! Feels like home. It has all the amenities we needed. I appreciated the rack of spices readily available. It was very close to the pool which made if convenient for my kids. My kids enjoyed the playstation too. The beds were very comfortable. The side table with a wireless charger, keycards and remote controls for everything were a cool touch! The room was prestine! The smell of fabric conditioner could be lessen. The overwhelming smell was outrageous but overall will still go back! Thank you again! Christine is a very good host!
