Charming independent 35 m2 studio nestled in a green setting in the heart of the Plaine du Forez, in the municipality of Salvizinet located 5 minutes from the city of Feurs, with many shops and other amenities. The studio is very bright, consisting of a large living room, with a double bed as well as a sofa bed (possibility 4 beds), an equipped kitchen, shower room with toilet, TV and Wi-Fi. Guests will benefit from a terrace, access to the petanque court and an outdoor area.

On one level, it consists of a bedroom with double bed and baby bed if necessary, a living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, dining area and open kitchen equipped. In summer, during the day, access to the swimming pool of the owners house next door. ( swimming pool not private for tenants to share but it is large, 6m X12m) 30% discount for curists

Totally independent, you can park your car near the apartment, in a Secure and Closed Courtyard. Less than 500m away, you can enjoy our restaurant, grocery store, bakery, and tobacco shop. Spacious and very well-equipped accommodation with a nice "English pool" billiards and darts that will make you spend beautiful evenings. We provide the above ground pool (diameter 4.5m by 1.2 high) open from May to September The house has direct access to the small path leading to the forest which offers friendly walks or horseback rides (equestrian center next to the house) The accommodation is attached to ours but independent and quiet.
