Accommodation 10 minutes from Futuroscope and Aquascope. We only stayed one night but the accommodation is very good, clean. Check-in was very simple, communication easy and efficient. Only thing: the stairs to get to the top floor are steep (the rooms), with children under 7–8 years old. For parents to consider. But otherwise, I recommend this very nice listing!

Great place in the city center, cozy apartment, close to everything

Pleasant stay in this small, very well-equipped studio, 10 minutes from the futuroscope! The Residence is very quiet and easy to access. the children were delighted with the little attention. We would highly recommend this charming little studio.

Very nice tastefully decorated apartment. Located in Poitiers in a charming little street. The center is a 10-minute walk away. The Futuroscope is also within 20 minutes by car which is convenient as we were able to reach the apartment after the night show. Check-in is self check-in. Yousra is very responsive and responds quickly to messages. We traveled with our 7 year old child, there are two bedrooms so it was perfect! We would definitely recommend this listing.

Very good hospitality from Laurent and his mom. They were able to answer our questions and expectations. Gite meets our expectations, both for humans and for our four-legged companion because of the large fully fenced space. Quiet and refreshing location. Stay too short and not at the right time to enjoy the pool( pity for us). Let's think hard to go back to enjoy it and see our hosts again in order to share a drink of friendship.

What a great place to stay with friends and family. Plenty of space, and really well equipped. Even more space than we expected from the listing, with loads of room for dining and sitting and relaxing. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended!

A huge favorite for this absolutely perfect place! Everything is thought out down to the last detail: a superb bean coffee machine with the coffee provided, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer... nothing is missing to feel at home, or even better! The decor is beautiful, tasteful, and the bedding is super comfy. The location is ideal: quiet in a pretty village in front of a splendid town hall, and very close to Futuroscope. We loved our stay from start to finish, a real gem that we recommend 1000%!

Despite the rain that prevented us from enjoying the outdoors and surroundings, we had a pleasant stay, thanks to this beautiful house full of charm. We were 10 adults and 3 children and enough rooms for everyone, beautiful spaces to eat together and enjoy sweet, quiet moments. The grounds are great to play everywhere and the pool is great. In view of our weekend weather, the courtyard at the back of the house served us well. The house is fully equipped, it was very nice, both in the kitchen and in the living room with plenty of games for young and old. I highly recommend this place and Julie is kind and responsive by message. Excellent!

Very relaxing 3 night stay, the perfect stop off on our trip through France. The accommodation was immaculate and perfectly clean. The pool was ample which everyone enjoyed. Civray is only a 5 minute drive and is pretty with nice restaurant’s, bakery’s etc…

Was a very unique and cute experience! Felt like staying in the princesses room of a castle. Beautiful stained glass, nice decor, big bathroom, great location. Lorie was very sweet and accommodating to our late arrival. Getting there by car can be a little tricky so read through her instructions a few times!

The house was good, close to shops, parking places near the house, a little problem with hot water otherwise ok I recommend!

Apartment totally as described! We stayed there for 4 days to visit the futuroscope and aquascop. The location is ideal, only 15 min walk. The apartment is nice, functional and clean! While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Very well equipped , very clean, clear instructions and very good bedding . I was able to meet Guillaume before I left , he is a nice and friendly person. I can only recommend this place

Laurène's place is ideal for a short stay at Futuroscope. The park is within walking distance, it's very nice. Beds made, towels are available, and most importantly, an assortment of breakfast products are a big plus. It was perfect for us. In addition, the interaction with Laurène was at its best.
