Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Valdemarsvik Municipality

We were in Sweden for the first time as a family. We liked the place very much. We were here over New Year's Eve and even had a few wonderful snowy days there. The scenery is wonderful. The place was clean and everything was great, the house has a nice view. We really enjoyed the vacation. It was a very nice holiday and a great place to stay. Thank you very much.

The small house was exactly as described very cozy, lovingly decorated and clean. We felt very comfortable! Ake and Kristina are extremely friendly and helpful; we were allowed to borrow bikes and use their boat on the lake. We were particularly interested in the chickens we were allowed to feed and the great swing in the garden. Surrounding the house is perfect for hiking and cycling. Thank you for a wonderful two days at your place!

Very nice location, quite and beautiful with such a nice surroundings. We were 2 families together, 8 people in total and it suited us perfectly. The kids also loved the place and the outdoor area. The kitchen is well equipped. All communication was very smooth. I can highly recommend.

A very nicely furnished house with lots of little loving details. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is really fully equipped and all electrical appliances are also available. The living and dining room is just as pictured. The bedrooms are also beautifully decorated. In addition, there is a projector in the lower bedroom, which can be controlled using an iPhone. The house also has a conservatory with a large dining area and a hot tub in the garden. The jewel of the house!!! There is also a possibility to grill with beautiful lounge chairs. The whole house is highly recommended!

The whole house with large garden can be used, playground nearby, small supermarket in Överum, very nice swimming spot with volleyball, small playground and diving tower, very good communication with the landlady

Beautifully furnished, detached house with cozy and modern furnishings and fantastic terrace in the middle of nature on an island surrounded by forest and rocks. The tap water has a self odor that takes some getting used to and leaves reddish marks because of the high iron content. However, we were also informed of this in advance by Erik. We felt very comfortable immediately after arrival. The house is furnished with a lot of style and love for detail. We particularly liked the fairytale hiking trail across the rocks to the water directly behind the house (about 10 min or 200 m to the coast). The outdoor kitchen with integrated barbecue is also highly recommended. Would love to come back anytime! Thank you Erik for allowing us such a lovely stay.

We only stayed 2 nights, but we should have stayed a bit longer. It's a really relaxing location in the middle of nature. On Saturday, the owners went to a local farm market, so we while we were having breakfast on the balcony (not shown on the pictures, but very pleasant on a sunny day) we realized that we were the only people around in quite a large area. The owners are very nice and showed us around.

We stayed 2 nights with our children in the room and had a great time. Everything you need is there. An absolute highlight were the hot tub and sauna! For the children, there was a large play area outside and my daughter helped Elias with his work. The children were treated so lovingly! Elias has a very big heart and we felt very welcome!

Great nature and the hot tub was running when we arrived. We also got help getting the sauna started that was wood-fired! Amazing views from the deck, hot tub and sauna. Very nice with the common area as there were two toilets and shower instead of a stuffed inside the cabin. The common space was very close to the cabin. We'd love to come again!
