You can reach the nearest beach on foot in 10 min. Soline Bay is ideal for lovers of kayaking or paddling. Three smaller islands with beautiful beaches and clear sea are available nearby. Only five hundred meters from the apartment is the nearest bar where you can drink coffee or eat toast in the morning. You can also rent a motorboat there.

The newly built Baskarad House is located in the village of Valbandon, near Pula, in the heart of Istria . The house surrounds a 5000 m² large and fenced plot and is ideal for families with children , groups or animal lovers. Shopping facilities, banks, post office, restaurants, beach, etc. can be found in the nearby and very popular fishing village, Fažana (about 5 minutes by car). You can reach the nearest supermarket in 15 minutes on foot and the sea in 25 minutes on foot.

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you. It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120m2 accessible living space with private pool of over 53m2 size. At your disposal are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double bed and one with bathroom and one with two single beds. In total, there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub, and shower with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Welcome our dear guests to our house in Fazana. The house is located in old town only 80 m from the sea. The nearest beach is only 2 min walk from the house. Restaurants are just around the corner, wifi and air conditioner included in price! Parking 28€ per week . There is also parking places near the house but the price is higher.
