Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Val-d'Oise

We had a great stay with our family! The house has several equipment for infants and children (baby sunbed, umbrella bed, several high chairs, child safety gates on the stairs...). In addition, the house has a playroom for the children and a beautiful garden! I highly recommend for family stays with kids!

Good stay in a quiet area, everything was perfect. Only downside, having to pay for street parking. Too bad we weren't offered to bring the car into the yard.

The place is identical to the photos really modern and really well equipped, clean with a plus for the bedding which is excellent. It is located in a very peaceful place it's nice. But at the same time very close to everything that is super no need for a car. We were quiet. Stéphane is a very responsive host when we have a question or need, he remains available. stone was adorable!! Secure place with enough room to accommodate the vehicles ,we were a little more than expected it was not a problem. The accommodation is very cozy the bedding is comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, small stove for conviviality... perfect! the stone house is on the same land but our host was very discreet with total respect for our tranquility. the terrain and the garden are very large and conducive to privacy. in short a very pleasant moment we highly recommend!!

Very well located accommodation for a concert at the SDF, it's easy to walk. With the RER, it's a direct to the Eiffel Tower. Mourad tells us a lot about the activities, the parking lots, the things to do around the accommodation.

I booked 1 hour before arriving and we had a nice weekend. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, public transport is accessible quickly. Communication with Amira was seamless and she gave us all the necessary instructions for check-in and retrieving the keys. A very nice stay at this property.

Joel is a very polite and understanding man, it was no problem that we arrived at 2 o'clock in the night. The apartment is large and clean. Very well equipped.

The apartment was as described, light and spacious. It was easy to get to when travelling by car and well located for transport into Paris. The hosts were very responsive.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. Everything was as described, the place was clean and I’d definitely stay there again. The road the Airbnb is on seems to be going through construction or something but that wasn’t an inconvenience. The neighborhood felt safe enough during the day but I didn’t feel so comfortable to leave the apartment at night when I was alone due to the location. It’s a bit removed from the buzz of downtown so there were many times I found myself nearly walking alone with not many others in sight. The co-host was very accommodating to a request I made to add a guest for one night. She found a way to make it work despite Airbnb not being able to make the changes on their end which was very much appreciated. The co-host did however seem a bit sensitive to my questions when I had them (defensive), which was slightly awkward, but at the end of the day every inquiry I had was answered timely and efficiently. Great stay at Tiphanie's, just 10 minutes from the Stade de France where we had a concert. Quiet , well insulated, very comfortable and spacious apartment. Great for groups. I highly recommend it. 😉

A great place, only 10 minutes by bus from CDG airport. Close to a very nice park with children's games (at the town hall), shops and restaurants. Perfectly equipped for couples and families, even the baby bathtub is there! Sparkling clean.
