Renovated apartment of 28 m2 on the 1st floor of our house with access by a spiral staircase. Terrace of 18 m² facing south, unobstructed view of the mountains. Quiet area. 1 room with equipped kitchenette, living room with tv, wifi, sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and two bunk beds (90 x 190 cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal accommodation for 2, possible up to 4 people maximum. Parking in private parking lot. 900 m from the city center and train station.

Direct access to the Prorel de Briançon Serre-Chevalier ski slope. Free parking in front of the accommodation. In the quiet hamlet of Queyrelles (village of Puy St Pierre). Perfect for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, bike, mountain bike and hiking trips are close to the accommodation. Studio 2 min by car from the center of Briançon. Very nice cozy accommodation. Small balcony ideal for having breakfast in the sun. Housing not suitable for people with reduced mobility on the 1st floor.

The apartment has a south-facing exposure with one of the best views of Briançon. The fortifications and the Cité Vauban are within walking distance, just 300 m from the apartment. It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. The Serre Chevalier resort is accessible by car 1.5 km away and also by bus with the stop 200 m away. The apartment has a garage, very convenient especially in winter! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13 km away!

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

In the heart of Old Briançon (Vauban City) studio with lots of charm, very comfortable, beautifully furnished. Accommodation with a lot of character, located near the college. Perfect for winter, 1km from the ski lifts (bus service at Serre Chevalier station) and for summer walks. To make it easier for you to get around town, we'll give you guest cards to take advantage of the free city bus.
