A few miles out of Rouen, you will enjoy our independent cottage. We have created a cosy home for your weekend or holidays. The bottom floor offers 3 spaces : the complete kitchen, a lounge with a nice sofa bed to rest or read… with direct access to a private terrace. On the second floor, a large bedroom with shower room and independent toilets will help you rest in a very calm environment. You may enjoy some walks or hikes in the Roumare’s wood or along the river Seine Bikers 🚴 welcome !

Val de la Haye is a village on the banks of the Seine and on the edge of the forest. 15 minutes from Rouen, you will enjoy peace and quiet close to the amenities of the city center. Public transit available. By car you are close to Rouen and its connections and with the ferry, you can quickly reach the highways (A13 to Paris or Caen). Self check-in possible.

Welcome to this former sheepfold transformed into a Tiny House. Take a break in a green setting punctuated by the sound of water. Ideally located between Giverny, on the Impressionist circuit and the loops of the Seine; you will also be in the center of Rouen in 20 minutes.
