House holiday rentals in Val Buëch-Méouge

Clothildes place is absolutely beautiful. very spacious, high ceilings, both bedrooms are huge. all decorated it a very tastefully way. we stayed there with our 2 kids, it fits 6 people with a bed in the attic. The village is tiny, there is 1 restaurant 5 min walk from the house which was very good. some of most beautiful towns are 3-20km drive away. the pool is small but was sufficient for kids and us to cool down in. The guide which Clothilde prepared was one of the best I have seen, we took it with us everywhere we went. book your restaurants in advance as those towns are small and most of the places run 1 service for lunch and dinner. Clothilde was an amazing host, handy where needed otherwise we were left to us. highly recommend this place!

Beautiful views of Sisteron, its citadel and the surrounding mountains. Very nice house, very clean, very well arranged, with all the necessary amenities and in very good condition for a very comfortable stay. Ideal accommodation for us for a weekend at Mas des Cinq Fontaines, 900m higher by road. Definitely the nearest rental, very important to us in the context of a wedding. Only shade on the board, we were only there for a weekend and were not able to enjoy all the amenities of the house and the Sisteron area:)

Absolutely amazing place and atmosphere. Beautiful house inside and out, magnificent quiet nature right at your doorstep. Only had one night heading further south, but could have easily stayed several days. Cute and hospitable hosts. Great recommendation

Thank you, dear Anne and Nicolas, our week with you was wonderful: the tranquility and the view, the direct neighborhood to Forcalquier and Mane (Salagon, Musée et Jardins!). We were able to start our hikes directly from the house. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best places we ever stayed at. Everything was super clean. We felt right at home, with the kitchen being set up with every equipment needed to make nice meals. It is just a short drive out of Gordes which makes it perfect to wind down. Its such a beautiful peaceful surroundings. Super easy to drive to all the other towns in the area. We had a great time outdoors in the beautiful garden, with a lovely dining set up and the pool, also pool towels were provided which was amazing. Everything was just great and we would definitely come back.

We had an incredible stay at Christelle’s beautiful home. Check in was smooth, the villa is immaculate and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is idyllic, we fell in love with Lacoste. Such a picturesque and peaceful town. We cannot wait to return! Thank you for having us.

We had a great stay at Jean Noël's accommodation. The calm, the view of the mountains, the nature, the pool. For us who live in the city, it's really refreshing! There is everything you need in the house and Jean Noël is very friendly and accommodating. I recommend it 1000%, we will be delighted to be able to have a good time there in the future!

The accommodation, the area, the location, the property with the olive trees and the pool area overlooking Entrechaux are a true dream. We were incredibly pleased with the very pleasantly furnished house, especially the great bedroom. The outdoor area of the private house with terrace, lounge, beautiful stone table and huge lawn with hammock and deck chairs are wonderful and invite you to linger forever. It couldn't be more beautiful and better. A bottle of their own wine awaits in the house and we were surprised with fresh cherries and homemade muffins for the journey home. A short walk away, you can eat well in the village, have a drink and buy the essentials in the shop as well as in a great bakery. The location is perfect for exploring the area by road bike. The accommodation can be fully recommended. I'm sure we'll be back.

Stunning. This home is a dream come true. Gorgeously decorated and thoughtfully stocked. The view from the balcony is heaven. The location of the home is just perfect. Our concierge, Denis, may be the most attentive and helpful person we’ve ever met while staying at an Airbnb. He’s an expert on the region (he wrote a book about it!) and gave us perfect recommendations! He was available to us during our whole stay and did everything to make sure we had all we needed. Even better than the photos, this home is magnificent and immaculately clean, with the most comfortable beds and spa like bathrooms. It’s quiet and private. Lots of room for our family of four. Gordes is a perfect place to stay to visit all of Provence. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!!

Beautiful Pentecost weekend in the very pretty house of Vitalie, for an unusual experience, thank you for being able to share this beautiful rare place, where I spent one of my best weekends with family. the house, we feel at ease in the image of our Host Vitalie, very friendly and caring who received us excellently and who takes the time to exchange. access is easy about 10 min from the crossroads, 1000 m excellent for relaxing and taking a few walks nearby, and spending beautiful starry nights. An experience not to be missed!

The dovecote is full of charm! It is conveniently located, at the foot of the mountain biking and trail trails but also to visit the surroundings including Sisteron and its citadel. The hosts are very responsive, kind and accommodating.

Location hard to find, not correct. We ended up in a remote place in the mountains. Fortunately, Nadine accompanied us to the accommodation in a short time. For the rest, all the information you read in the description is correct. There was not a set of towels for each person.

Great we in this rental. The kids really enjoyed the nearby playground. Océane welcomed us warmly and gave us good advice for a nice walk in the gorges of Méouge. The environment is beautiful and the village very peaceful. The space matches the listing, clean and functional. Recommended for a stay in the sun!

We all loved our stay in Valernes. Very peaceful with beautiful views. The house was perfect for our needs with everything at hand for a comfortable stay. Loved the restaurant in the village as well. Anne Cécile was excellent at providing us with all the information we needed and thanks again for the tomatoes! I’m sure we’ll be back to Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and when we do we hope to stay here again.

Our stay was perfect from the moment Corina greeted us so warm and welcoming, to the level of comfort, cleanliness and relaxation at her wonderful apartment. She had thought of everything and we especially loved the outdoor seating area and pool to relax in after a full day of exploring. Waking up each morning in comfort and total silence, this was a haven for us after 7 weeks of travelling and would have to be one of my favourite accomodations out of all our travels. Would highly recommend this to all, and especially thank Corina for being such a wonderful host.

Brigitte and Bertrand's accommodation is a rare pearl very clean, spacious and bright, it reflects the kindness of by the attentions left and also the fact that nothing is missing everything has been thought out to make us feel at home but this view of the mountain is a real plus we no longer even want to visit the region so much that it is beautiful a real haven of peace of pure happiness!!! the hiking trails are nearby I recommend this beautiful accommodation for those who love nature, silence and this unique symbiosis We will come again

One of the pearls, which is why AirBNB is always worth it! Absolutely recommended, we felt super comfortable and received many compliments from other tourists who passed by this great apartment ;-) A great and very nice place, but a little less touristy than other places in the area, it was one of the highlights on our trip. If you love nature, tranquility and seclusion, you should really choose this accommodation. Beautifully located, beautiful view and very nicely decorated house. You immediately feel welcome at Franck and Atsuko's. We had a little rain, but you can still sit outside under the shelters, which is an added bonus! You can take beautiful walks in the area and there is a lot of nature to observe on site. Birds, butterflies, orchids: you have it all. The daily greeting of the two beautiful horses was very nice. We called them Carotte and Caresse. (Bring some carrots!) For us it was a successful holiday and by far the most tastefully decorated house.
