Possibility of charging an electric car (according to agreement) Andøya is a great place to be for e.g. families with children with close proximity to the sea, beaches, hiking trails, football bins and sand volleyball court, etc. About 7.5 km from Kr.sand center and about 20 km from the Zoo. Leos Lekeland and Skyland Trampoline Park are about 4 km away. Bed linen must be brought or agreed upon.

The girl's department belonged to the family's daughter before moving out. e. The rooms are suitable for max 2 adults and 2 children. Double bed = 140 cm + two single beds. Bright roller blinds facing the road. The house is located at the end of a dead end street. 3 minutes down to bathing water with bathing raft. Direct access to the trail network in Vågsbygdskauen with many nice hiking opportunities. 3 km to the sea and swimming opportunity. The apartment is located 7 km from the center of Kristiansand, about 22 kilometers to Dyreparken. Good public transport. 700 meters to walk.

Parking in the courtyard (in the ground, up in the yard, not in front of the garage). Suitable for quiet couple, small family with children. Housemen desirable. 15-20 minute walk to bus at UIA. Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. There is one bedroom with good and soft double bed. Sofa bed double in the living room. If needed, we can arrange an extra bed. There is spacious living room. En suite bathroom with shower. To Vågsbygd Amfi - about 3 min by car, to Skyland Trampoline park, Leo's Playland, Glowing Golf, about 5 min. etc. Nice walks nearby around Fiskåvannet, etc. We expect general decency and no other residents and neighbours to be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor ourselves.

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Cute little appartment!

Flott, liten leilighet (30kvm) for venner, par eller en liten familie med opp til to små barn! Huset er sentralt rett utenfor Kristiansand sentrum. Du leier en egen leilighet som befinner seg i underetasjen av huset vårt. Huset ligger i et koselig nabolag med gangavstand til sjøen og nydelig natur. Det finnes 1 soverom med en liten dobbeltseng (140cm) + en liten sovesofa i stua 8 min kjøretur til Kristiansand sentrum, gangavstand til flere strender, og 20 min med bil til dyreparken!

Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Newly renovated place right outside of Kristiansand. 3 bedrooms. Living/diningroom with fireplace. You will have the whole top floor to yourself. First floor is rented out to a lovely family. There might be some noise from them when they leave / enter the house. Other than that really quiet. Mark there is a short walk up to the house from the garage/parking place. (Uphill)
