Here you are the closest neighbor to Fiskebrygga and the cultural attractions Kunstsilo and Kilden. From the apartment you can stroll down to the jetty and take a refreshing morning swim, eat at the Factory or enjoy something good in the glass at Gvino wine bar. The apartment is suitable for families who want to go on holiday for a weekend, week or just need accommodation for one night. 25 min to Dyreparken, 15 min to Åros camping with swimming pool and great beach. Høllen also has a fantastic beach for both adults and children, located right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park Høyt og Lavt. The apartment is 34 sqm, has a separate bedroom with a double bed, room for a baby bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. Here you can also enjoy an outdoor jacuzzi by agreement with the owner for DKK 350 per time.(private entrance) PS: Jacuzzi is not available during the period June 20-August. There is free parking right outside, and you are a short distance to great hiking opportunities and swimming areas.

Steep path - good winter tyres required in ice/snow.Ideal for two people with a sense of view: the entire ground floor of our house in Kristiansand is a flat with a large integrated living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom. From the dining table, the large double bed and the terrace, you have a wide view over the fjord with its archipelago, lighthouses, and ships sailing in and out. The centre of Kristiansand is just as close as the rocky coast or the forest.
