We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Thomas was so sweet and helpful. He was an absolute gentleman and wonderful host. The views were amazing. Very homey and decorated in the Tuscany style. Close to town but perfect for a quiet escape in the Tuscan countryside.

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

We were at Maria and Massimo's for the second time this year and will definitely come back next year. We felt right at home. The tranquility, the beautiful nature and landscape wonderful! Massimo is so kind and helpful. We were very comfortable. Thank you and see you soon!

Villino Isotta is a breathtaking accommodation, super in every aspect: location, cleanliness, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped, free parking is just a few steps away and a café is open until late in the evening. Outside, there is a patio overlooking the hills and then the barbecue, and finally a swimming pool equipped with every comfort (hot shower, hot tub, sun loungers, wifi, etc.). Last but not least, the host Andrea, whom I thank for the incredible and constant attention to his guests from the first moment (welcoming us with a welcome aperitif) to the last. Always present but never intrusive, always available with advice to make your stay unforgettable, a person with an immense heart who manages this accommodation with passion and seriousness. It was hard to go home, we will definitely see each other again!

We stayed at Maria’s home for a long family weekend with 6 adults. There is quality ac, 3 bathrooms and 3 good double beds. The private pool is very good with comfortable lounge chairs. Cooking easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Recommended!

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Ranieri is a very friendly and welcoming host, he was always very available to advise us during our stay. The accommodation is perfect, very functional and very pleasant with its beautiful and large garden. The listing is exactly as described. The area is superb with these beautiful villages, the sea and the forests. It's great for great bike rides or walking. Merchants and restaurants are very welcoming. Great restaurants in the different villages around Castagneto. We highly recommend this listing for a stay in Tuscany. We'll be back! It was a great time.

Great cottage, quietly located in nature. For shopping and the sea by car about 15-20 minutes. Paola and her colleague Paolo are very helpful.

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

The place is great! Great view, really quite & close to nature :) Giorgio & Carmen were great hosts & also had a guide for the region. Excellent, thank you for everything! :)

The photos are very representative, a stay for four is very pleasant. The view from the balcony is peaceful. Being able to park the car in front of the door is a plus. Grocery stores are 15 minutes away, and restaurants are in a nearby village.

This place was magical, if you are going to be in the area I highly recommend staying here. It’s just as beautiful as the pictures if not more so. Paola and Luigi were so friendly and kind. We are recommending this place to everyone we know.

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

We absolutely loved our wonderful stay at Susanna's and Carlo's. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable bed, welcoming interior, the views were stunning. It was really calm and it felt like home. Especially because Susanna and Carlo were such great hosts, friendly, helpful with good advice, they even organised to rent bikes for us. Also, the dog Peppe, gave us so much love, such a sweet dog, we really miss him. We witnessed the arrival of two cute cats and how they met Peppe. It was hard to leave. We absolutely recommend to stay there! Grazie mille per tutto, Susanna, Carlo and Peppe!

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful accommodation in Tuscany. The views are stunning, and the property includes a small, fenced garden, which was perfect for our dog. There's also a large pool available to all guests, which was a huge plus. Having a car is a must. The location is ideal for visiting local spots like Siena, San Gimignano, and Val d’Orcia. The host provides a fantastic guidebook with recommendations, and we were never disappointed by any of the places he suggested. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and we enjoyed relaxing dinners in the garden under the lights. Overall, it's a cozy and comfortable place, perfect for a Tuscan vacation

We had a relaxing & peaceful time in Capannori at ‘roof tiles’ This stone home was not fancy but traditional and had all we required for our stay in the breathtaking countryside. It wasn’t the easiest to find or access due to the steep gravel driveway, but that’s what made it secluded and special. We enjoyed wonderful walks in the forests & nearby villages where we met many friendly & kind locals. A great place to decompress after a busy time in Florence, & only short but very beautiful drives to lovely Lucca & Pisa. Don’t expect 5 star fanciness, but a place with all you need to experience & enjoy the Tuscan landscape! I’ve never heard such a cacophony of birdsong - blissful !

I took this trip with my sister to San Gimignano and it was absolutely incredible! The views from Egizia’s house were just stunning and breathtaking! From the beginning Egizia was very easy to get into contact with about any questions that I had. She gave wonderful recommendations and booked everything for me! We went to a winery that she had suggested and it was great! The Pilates instructor Giulia was also amazing! And with the hills as our scenery it was such a cool and incredible experience! My sister and I had so much fun! This was an unforgettable trip! We’ll definitely have to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay in Podere Villanuova immensely. The setting is exceptional, the accommodation comfortable and tastefully furnished. Its location allows easy access with a car to the Florence tram and is well located for visiting the whole area. Maurizio was a very attentive host and good advice and communication with Giuliana very nice. We would recommend it.
