The house is part of a pretty renovated farmhouse, which overlooks Claret Valley. You will be 5 minutes from Pic Saint Loup, 45 minutes from the sea or Montpellier, 2 minutes from shops and at the start of beautiful hiking trails, mountain bike trails or winery tours. Ideal for families or couples looking for the calm of the Mediterranean hinterland and wishing to visit the area.

After 6 months of major insulation work, we're finally reopening! Just a stone's throw from the various departures of the 2021 French Favourite GR®, 30 mins from Anduze, gateway to the Cévennes, 40 mins from the beaches and 30 mins from the north of Montpellier, this pleasant 2-room apartment overlooks the garden. It was built on the first floor of an 80s house, inhabited by our family since 2017: 2 children (8 and 12) and 3 cats who will certainly come to visit you if you leave the doors open.

Our house is located in a calm tree-lined area, between vineyards and hills, enjoying 300 days of sun per year. It is both close to the sea, the ''Camargue'' (a region of the Rhône delta in south-eastern France, characterized by numerous shallow salt lagoons, known for its white horses and as a nature reserve) and the Cevennes National park. The house is not overlooked, the garden is 3000 m2 and has many spaces to relax with a semi-underground wooden pool (6.37m x 4.12m, 1.33m).

And an outdoor space under the trees for morning coffee or evening meals.

The old house where the independent apartment of about 70 m2 is located is on the ground floor, in the center of the pretty town of Sauve, close to the main squares of the village, restaurants and shops.
