Villetta Matteo is our private vacation home on the Costa Paradiso (facing Corsica). It is a beautifully situated holiday villa, perched on a hillside 80 meters above sea level, offering a 180-degree sea view from its spacious sun deck and nestled amidst rocky terrain and Mediterranean vegetation. Sea views from every room, direct access to the terraces. A communal pool with breathtaking views of the sea—along with the nearby "Li Cossi" sandy beach (a 15-minute walk away)—complete the experience

Villetta Granito

In the front row on the sea, the Granito villa enjoys a great location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where you can find markets, bars, restaurants and shops. The living room is divided into two rooms, an area with a dining table and one with a sofa and TV and kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The sleeping area is composed of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Outside the villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a magnificent sea view.

Our house is located in a viewpoint of Costa Paradiso. The view is amazing. Surrounded by nature, 10 minutes by car from the beaches. The machine is essential. The house is surrounded by a private shaded garden and is fenced. Two bedrooms with private access to the terraces and two bathrooms, private parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an outdoor shower with hot water and a laundry room. An ideal retreat. Supermarket, restaurants and shopping in 10 minutes. Doctor on the premises.

Pool & sea view

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura is not a typical vacation home. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles.
